At the Luppa Awards, awards presented as part of the Weekend Media Festival, we won the Best of the Best and Top Workplace awards.
Among 78 companies and more than 45,000 employees, we won 3rd place in the Best of the Best category (Croatian market, medium-sized companies) and the Top Workplace award. Both awards recognize companies whose employee satisfaction results significantly exceed the market average. We are particularly pleased with the Top Workplace award, as employees’ voices and experiences are the key criteria in the selection process.
Thank you to our entire ECCOS team for your trust, and thank you to Luppa for organizing the awards and recognizing companies that invest in their employees and work environment.
