12th Export Conference “The Smart Know the Value of Export”

As members of Lider’s Exporters’ Club, we attended the 12th Export Conference titled “The Smart Know the Value of Export.” This conference gathered leading exporters, representatives from the government, ministries, financial institutions, parliamentary parties, and Members of the European Parliament. Given that exporters face new challenges daily, the primary objective of this gathering was to exchange experiences, encourage innovation and networking, and foster connections between established and beginner exporters to enhance cooperation in foreign markets.The conference program was rich and engaging, featuring captivating presentations and panel discussions. We want to particularly highlight the panel discussion titled “How to Navigate Unpredictable Times.” This discussion General Manager and co-owner of Eccos, Krešimir Paić, along with Sergio Galošić from Amelicor Group and Dario Kaurić from Odašiljači i veze.The focus of the discussion was on business planning during periods of instability and the associated challenges. During the conference, Eccos received congratulations for being listed among the 1,000 largest companies in Croatia by revenue for 2024—an achievement largely driven by exports, as Mr. Paić noted. He emphasized that Eccos is achieving solid results in international markets thanks to its long-standing cooperation with the European Commission and data center construction projects in Germany. “The projects we are working on in Germany remain secure, as the demand for data centers continues to grow due to the rapid development of artificial intelligence,” said Paić. He added, “Our engineers are technically superior, but the real challenge lies in structuring the company to compete with the strongest players.”We extend our gratitude to Lider Media for the invitation and for including us in the conference. It was a pleasure to participate, share our experiences, and contribute to the program.
